Sunkised Paddy Hoi An Villa

Great value hotel. Cheapest place we've stayed so far yet the only one with a pool! The pool is cool and refreshing and overlooks the rice paddies. Very kind staff and a decent little breakfast with yummy omelettes/eggs made to order. Easy access to the main town via grab or on the free bikes. Netflix worked well on the TV (you need to log in yourself). We arrived very late and they accommodated the check-in via the security guard well with all the information provided on a printed sheet. Fresh towels, water and toilet tissue were left outside the room if using 'do not disturb' sign which we really appreciated. Would happily recommend :)

This hotel was a great surprise, and I would definitely come back. I highly recommend it! - The staff were extremely friendly and positive. It's clear that they are highly motivated and are continuously striving to improve their service to customers. - We liked the location surrounded by beautiful rice fields. It was peaceful, and everything we needed was nearby. - Overall the hotel area has a great atmosphere. Everything looks like in the pictures. Their pool was large and had a nice view over rice paddies. - The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. They clean the room when you want, you just need to put a sign on the door in the morning. - Very good breakfast. During our stay, they improved their previous regular breakfast to a buffet breakfast. Now the breakfast selection is much larger including toast, fruits & local foods and a chef makes eggs how you like them. They serve lunch and dinner too, there is a menu in the room. - Each room has a small outdoor terrace with chairs and a table. It's a great place to read, relax, or enjoy the view of the rice paddies. - Their laundry service was quick and good. We gave them laundry in the morning, and it was ready by evening. - The key employees spoke very good English. Some staff spoke less English, but the Google Translate app helped a lot. - They offer airport transfers and taxi services, we used them and can recommend - rides were always on time and with comfortable cars. They also offer tours and have bicycles. - WiFi was unexpectedly fast and worked excellently most of the time. I successfully made several online calls there.

Very comfortable room, cute location if you want to be away from the busy city center, but not too far from the old town either (10 minutes by grab). Some new choices for breakfast every day. The staff was always smiling, constantly greeting and eager to help you book activities if you wish to. I'd like to add that I had a late check-in, so even though the reception was closed, they made sure the security guard would be there to welcome me. Would love to go back in the summer to see the fields and use the pool (a bit chilly to bathe in it this period).

The location was great! It is a little outside of the city center but because of that it’s so nice and quiet. The rice fields are beautiful of course and the pool was great. The staff is very nice and helpful. If you want to book any tour, transportation, etc. they’ll help you with that. They also have free bicycles to use for getting to the city center.

The location was just beautiful with views of rice paddies and just a bike ride to the beach and to the Hoi An old town. The buffet breakfast has been the best I have had in Vietnam so far in terms of the uniqueness of the dishes, variety and taste. The place was quite and clean too. They also had free bikes you could use. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Hoi An.
